Account Access and Your Obligations

To open a gemarwin account, you must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a jurisdiction where our service is lawful. We do not offer gemarwin to users in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that your access complies with your local law.
When you create your account, you provide your full name, date of birth, phone number, email address, and a valid ID scan (KTP, passport, or driver's license). This information is verified against government records and payment-provider databases. We may request additional documents (utility bill, bank statement) if your activity patterns suggest elevated fraud or money-laundering risk. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and two-factor authentication codes. You may request a withdrawal anytime. Submit your request through your gemarwin account, specifying the amount and destination payment method.
